Denny Ford, the founder of Ford Solutions 360, has been delivering comprehensive management and technology solutions to businesses and non-profit organizations in Southern California for more than twenty-five years as a Partner and Director of Information Services at Wright Ford Young & Co., Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, Inc. and now as Manageing Director of Ford Solutions 360.

In 2003, planning began on the design of a new management consulting firm that would focus on helping organizations successfully implement strategic plans and "become all they were meant to be."  

In our experience working with hundreds of businesses and non-profits over the years, we find that most organizations have a vision.  And some have crafted a strategic plan for realizing that vision. But few have all the internal resources or time needed to properly follow-through and actually make it happen.

Launching in 2006, Ford Solutions 360 has proven to be the perfect complement to the strategic planning process – our comprehensive and practical approach quickly transforms plans into working solutions; and prepares those who do the work to accelerate performance, improve productivity and enhance the quality and delivery of the products and services they provide.
